Amala Shitta in Lagos Life

Unofficial guide. Last checked 2026-10-10.

Amala Shitta is one of the named food spots on the Lagos Life map, and for most new players it is the first venue they actually need.

What is Amala Shitta?

It is a food location, named after the amala joints that Lagos is known for. Amala is a yam-flour swallow served with soup, and the name in game works the same way the real ones do: a place you go when you are hungry and want it fixed quickly.

What it does for your character

Eating there restores the hunger need. Hunger is the cheapest of the six needs to fix and the one that drags energy down when ignored, which makes Amala Shitta a practical stop before a run of shifts rather than a treat.

What it costs

We have not verified the menu prices, so we are not publishing them. The in-game panel is the authoritative source. A useful habit: compare one meal there with one shift of your pay, and compare both with the cost of cooking at home on food and cooking.
